Serving Type: Draft
ABV: Can't seem to find it anywhere. If anyone finds out, let me know.
Appearance: Rooney's Red is exactly what the name says it is. It's a very dark and pretty shade of ruby. The head was about an inch thick and very bubbly. An extremely pretty beer to stare out without getting caught.
Smell: This beer had a fairly pleasant aroma. Somewhat piney and a little bit of a flora aroma to support it. Not too strong on the nostrils.
Taste: Drinking this beer was a very interesting experience. It was very hoppy on the front of the tongue, but very sweet on the back at the finish. With most beers of this type, I've grown accustomed to having a hoppy taste all of the way through.
Overall Rating:
This beer is worth the time spent drinking it. the change of pace on the tongue is what intrigued me.
